I'm finding my sage supplement a godsend as far as sweats are concerned. Gone from several a night to none at all in 6 weeks. Last 2 weeks I've not had any.
Take magnesium glycinate for brain fog and general aches which is pretty effective.
Would like to hear if anyone has successfully treated the bloat with anything herbal or diet related. Start off not too bad in the morning but by evening I'm suffering. Anyone else get this and what have you tried?
