Menopause Treatment Problems

I had the usual menopause symptoms and my nurse put me on HRT which resulted in persistent bleeding despite me having nothing for a long time. They then took me off those and fitted the Minerva Coil last September. They also put me on Oestrogel. I noticed what looked like a birth mark appearing around one side of my nose. I stopped the Orstrolgel in December as I read that it could be the cause of it. It hadn't gone away and I have since found out from my own research that it is Roseacea. It is so disheartening and sore. I had lovely skin and now it's ruined. It's made me feel worse than the menopause itself. I tried to get back in to see my nurse last week as I want the coil taken out. I can't carry on like this. The receptionist informed me they won't do it and I have to go to a walk in Access Clinic- is this true? They were quick enough to put it in but now I can't get any help. 😢
